Departure towards the Aosta Valley. Arrival, check-in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 – Gran San Bernardo Valley
Meet with the guide, transfer to the Gran San Bernardo Valley, a historic pass crossed over the centuries by pilgrims, merchants, and armies.
Excursion: A Thousand Meters in Four Steps
Crossing the mountains in four steps is possible! Starting near the Gran San Bernardo Pass, climb to Col Fenêtre on the Swiss border, and then return to Italy via Colle del Gran San Bernardo. This excursion offers extraordinary views of the Mont Blanc range up to the Swiss side; the Grand Combin (4,312 m) feels so close you could touch it.

Day 3 – Matterhorn Valley
Meet with the guide, transfer to the Matterhorn Valley (Valtournenche).
Excursion: Beyond the Clouds – Colle di Nanaz
A loop trail alongside the Matterhorn and the peaks of Monte Rosa, with Gran Paradiso in the background claiming its place among the 4,000-meter peaks of the region. A varied itinerary overlooking different horizons: Chamois, La Magdeleine, Nanaz valley, and the Cheneil basin.

Days 4/5 – Free Visits and Excursions
Days available for free visits and excursions. We recommend a visit to Roman and medieval Aosta or the splendid castles scattered throughout the region, and a ride on the Skyway Monte Bianco up to nearly 3,500 m at Punta Helbronner for a unique view of all of Europe’s 4,000-meter peaks in one sweeping panorama. Dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6 – Gran Paradiso National Park
Meet with the guide, transfer to Rhêmes Notre Dame in the Gran Paradiso National Park.
Excursion: Go with the Wind… Unusual Tour of Benevolo
A guided hike along a trail leading to the beautiful Gran Vaudalaz valley, rich in extraordinary blooms. After passing a scenic balcony at 2,400 meters, the route goes past Rifugio Benevolo before returning to Thumel.

Day 7 – Mont Blanc
Breakfast at the hotel. Meet with the guide, transfer to Courmayeur, then take a shuttle to the start of the trail.
Excursion: La Vachey (1,642 m) – Bonatti Hut (2,025 m) – Bertone Hut (1,991 m) – Courmayeur
The week concludes with an extraordinary hike along the Mont Blanc range. From Bonatti Hut, accessible from the valley in an hour, the route traverses the mountainside with views of soaring peaks and glaciers—the cradle of world mountaineering—before reaching Bertone Hut and descending to Courmayeur.

Hike Difficulty: Intermediate (easy-to-navigate trails with average inclines), requires decent physical fitness. Average elevation gain: 300-600 m. Hiking times (approximate): departure around 8:00 AM, return around 5:00 PM, ascent hiking time 2-3 hours. Total walking time 5-6 hours at a slow pace.
Minimum Age: 14 years old; younger children may be admitted based on physical preparedness.
Clothing: Sportswear, trekking boots, shorts and T-shirt, layers, windbreaker, sunglasses, hat, backpack, water bottle, sunscreen, and camera.
