1st day (Sunday) - Aosta Valley
Individual arrival in Valle d’Aosta. Hotel accommodation. Overnight
2nd day (Monday) - Gran San Bernardo Valley
Meeting with the guide, transfer by private vehicle to the Gran San Bernardo Valley, a historic path crossed over the centuries by pilgrims, merchants and armies.
Excursion: Colle del Gran San Bernardo (2470 m) – Frassati refuge (2540 m) – Saint Rhemy en Bosses (1652 m). Difference in altitude: +400 m / -1100 m – ring route – Total time: 6h. Duration of excursion: full day.
It begins with an itinerary that allows you to immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the wildest mountain, crossing small, collected valleys, dominated by steep slopes and traces of ancient glaciers. After passing the Colle des Ceingles at an altitude of 2810 m, a long descent awaits us which crosses disparate environments, rich in bewitching flora. Coffee break in the refuge.
3rd day (Tuesday) - Ayas Valley / Monte Rosa
Meeting with the guide, transfer to the Ayas Valley at the foot of Monte Rosa with a crowd of over 20 peaks over 4000 m.
Excursion: Saint Jacques (1685 m) – Blue Lake (2220 m) – Ferraro Refuge (2070 m) – Saint Jacques
Difference in height: 540 m + ups and downs – Ring route – Total time: 5h – Duration of excursion: full day
As if in a dream, the Monte Rosa massif suddenly appears imposing and majestic, rising from a plateau at over 2000 m. The Blue lake, welcomed in a basin, amazes for the colthr of its waters.
4th /5th day (Wednesday / Thursday) - Free
Full day available for free tours and excursions. We suggest a visit to the Roman and medieval Aosta, or to one or more of the splendid castles “scattered” along the entire region, or the ascent with the Sky Way cable car up to 3452 m of Punta Helbronner. Panoramic cabins, 360 ° rotating, so as not to miss anything of the splendid spectacle of the entire Mont Blanc chain and the most famous 4000s in Europe. Overnight
6th day (Friday) - Gran Paradiso National Park
Meeting with the guide, transfer to Rhêmes Notre Dame, in the Gran Paradiso National Park.
Excursion: Thumel (1850 m) – Grand Vaudalaz valley (2300 m) – Benevolo refuge – Thumel
Difference in height: 570 m – Total time: 4.30 hours excluding stops – Ring route – Excursion duration: full day – Packed lunch.
Let’s enter inside the oldest national park in Italy, full of wild animals and rare flowers. In the upper part the route becomes even more panoramic: the gaze embraces the nearby peaks and glaciers extending over the valley below.
7th day (Saturday) - Mont Blanc
Meeting with the guide, transfer to Courmayeur, where you will take a shuttle that leads to the beginning of the path.
Excursion: La Vachey (1642 m) – Bonatti refuge (2025 m) – Bertone refuge (1991 m) – Courmayeur – ring route.
The week of trekking ends with an extraordinary path, located in front of the Mont Blanc chain on the 200 ° wire: from the Bonatti Refuge reachable in an hour from the valley floor, the path is halfway up, in view of peaks and glaciers overhanging, the cradle of the mountaineering world, up to the Bertone Refuge and then down to Courmayeur.

8th day (Sunday) - Free
Free excursion. We suggest visiting the Forte di Bard, and inside, the “Museum of the Alps”, an exciting virtual journey to discover the Mountain Universe.

Difficulty: intermediate (easy paths with medium slopes), discreet physical preparation is required. Average differences in height of the treks between 300-600 m. Timetable and duration of excursions (indicative): departure at 9.00 am return at 5.00 pm excursion time uphill 2/3 hours. Effective walking time 4.30 / 6.00 hours. Slow pace.
Minimum age required: 12 years old: in relation to physical preparation, even younger children may be admitted.
